Kevin Marsh
Kevin completed his PhD at the University of Bath, specializing in economic valuation techniques. After a year at Oxford University, he joined the Matrix Knowledge Group in London, where he built their economics practice. He joined the Evidera London office in April 2012. With 20 years’ industry experience, Kevin is an expert in the use of preference information and decision analysis to inform health decisions, including pipeline optimization, clinical study design authorization, reimbursement, and prescription decisions. His research interests include preference elicitation, decision modeling, and multiple-criteria decision analysis (MCDA). Kevin has led several important ISPOR initiatives, including chairing the Health Preference Specialist Interest Group, co-chairing the Taskforce on the use of MCDA in Health Care Decision-Making, co-chairing a Working Group on the use of preference data in decision making in Europe, and being a member of the Taskforce on Quantitative Benefit Risk Assessment. He has taught short courses in the use of MCDA in healthcare (ISPOR) and preference elicitation methods (SMDM).
