Paul Biedenbach

Executive Director of Operations, Medical Communications, PPD

Paul has worked in the pharmaceutical contact center industry for over 20 years. He has held positions ranging from front-line, to reporting and analytics, and various operational management positions.

As Executive Director of Operations within PPD’s Medical Communications team, Paul oversees contact centers that globally support clinical trials, patient adherence, REMS, medical information, adverse events, and product complaints.  Throughout his career, he was been involved with numerous therapeutic areas, product launches, inbound/outbound operations, compliance programs, and assisted clients with global harmonization.
